Power steering fluid. V70-XC70

I would like to change the power steering fluid. Unfortunately I do not have a manual to consult but I have been told to use ATF not power steering fluid?
If this is correct which type of ATF should I use?
1. Type F, Dextron III or multi type.
2. Synthetic or Non.
3. Buy Volvo power steering fluid. If volvo fluid is the correct answer, is there anywhere online I can purchase it.
Also how many quarts to buy if intend to drain and refill 4 to 5 times?
