Pressure under the Oil Cap and leaks. 850 1994

I have been trying to locate an oil leak and have done the following. I took off the Spark Plug cover to find oil all over. I replace the oil cap seal, days later the same thing happened, oil everywhere under the cover. Cleaned it up left the cover off let it run for a while and no leaks, took it for a ride and found that it was leaking through the cap again. With the car running I took off the oil cap and there was a pressure release like air sound. So I went to my 97 850R and started it up and let it run released the cap no sound. So I think I have high pressure forcing my oil out the cap. Now I know a clogged PVC will make that happen but I don't think the 850 has one. Any Ideas? Can someone help?

Thanks,

Peter
