Coolant Level warning light S70 1999

Hi all.

My Coolant Level warning light triggered and I checked the cooland, which was fine (near max, where I left it after a failing heater matrix 6 months ago).

I saw that there were two plastic parts (like a two part float thingie) but one ended inside the expansion tank. The other is like a plastic ring with +/- 7mm high, a little bit bigger thant the expansion coolant neck.

I'm not able to take this piece from the tank nor find the other disappeard part.

What should I do? Exhange the whole expansion tank?
I saw that FCP Groton has a Coolant Level Sensor, #30741155, but it hasn't any pic. that I can use to have any brilliant idea about how to exhange it.

Thanks in advance,
Joao
