Considering '01 XC70

I'm a long time volvo owner, '88 240 (330,000mi.), '94 945, '95 965 (276,000mi,), the 965 being the best car I've ever owned. It still runs like new, after replacing all the big items that go on this car, the latest being the PNP switch.

Anyhoo, I wasn't in the market for a new car, but a '01 V70 XC AWD with 44k caught my eye. Dealer asking 22k, but believe it can be bought for 20.5.

Besides the throttle body, is there anything major that plagues these cars, or is it a sound buy.
