S70 Low boost when hot?

Hi all,
Iam Having problems with my 1998 S70

When the car is cold, at start up, it develops an agressive acceleration, I can really feel the boost building up at about 3000 rpm, I love that!!!

But... few minutes later, when the car reaches its adecuate temp, it starts to turn sluggish and lacks of inmediate response, I can even hear a slightly different exhaust note.

The turbo whistling is present at all the times.

I thought it was a clogged Cat, but I didnt get any OBDII codes from the Cat Sensor.

Any hints? Thanks
