Inside rear door panels? S60 2001

I haven't ridden in the back seat of my S60 T5 since my wife hasn't been brave
enough to drive it thus far. (Not sure why.)

So when we took my daughter and grandson OTL on Sunday it was noted that both
upholstery panels in the back doors seemed to be loose. The door latches and
release handles seemed to be OK but the panels themselves sort of flopped.

Is this a normal situation? Is there any easy way to fix them without screwing
something up? What holds them in?

(In 1971 I was asking similar questions about my 164. Got that figured out now!)
