can't figure out if problem with Front strut mounts/seats or Engine mounts ? 850 1995

I have a 95 850 turbo with 135000 miles and front end is really harsh and unstable on bumps. There seems to be no cushion when going thru bumps or cuts in the road. The front end tends to just drop with no cushioning the struts and on highway the front end does not seem to be tight.

Can someone tell me how I can check if the Struts mounts or struts seats are bad. I had replaced them about 1 1/2 year ago with new OE struts. I know that my rear engine mount needs replacing but would that cause all the problems that i am experiencing. Could other mounts be causing these problems..

what is going price to get engine mounts replaced from dealer/indy..
