1998? S70 1998

1998s need the dealer to dive into the car's electronics and key the car to the remote.

Helpful hint: the cheap plastic loops on the remotes break after you drop 'em on your concrete driveway for the 99th time.

Just buy a new remote on e-bay and swap the insides. I've done it on both of mine. Keep the new innards in your "box o' parts" in case it actually does fail electronically.
