If there is a junk yard close to you, get one from there. Also look at Ebay or online yards such as Erie Volvo. Wiper motors don't normally fail, unless you tried to wash the windows when the wipers were frozen to the headlights.
Replacement of the motor is in a difficult location, which is why the dealer quotes 1.5hours.
