OBD 2 reader for 95 850T........ Yes 850

Your '95 850T has the DLC for the OBDII system there in the center console under the coin holder. On the under side of the hood (passenger side) you should see a sticker that says the vehicle is OBDII compliant. You will only get generic OBDII codes with an off the shelf OBDII reader, but at least it's something. The Volvo dealership has the special Volvo scanner that can read ALL the DTC codes plus a bunch of other stuff off the Volvo ECU, but the ECU won't communicate too well with other non-Volvo scanners or analysers. Later model Volvos are much better communicators.
