torque arm bushing installation 850 1993

I searched but couldn't really find anything. I am trying to replace the upper motor mount/torque arm bushing, but it is being a pain. I had to destroy the old one in order to get it out. I cannot for the life of me get the new one in. Is there a trick to putting the new one in or do i have to get it pressed it? I would assume that shaving some of the diameter would not be the greatest idea. Thanks.
