850 Rear Speaker Replacement

Hello fellow brickboarders. I've had it with the rear speakers in my 96 850. It seems like every 2 months the rear speakers go out. The magnet keeps dropping off of the tweeter into the speaker cone and no matter what I've tried to secure them - it just won't stand up to the heat here in So. Cal. I'm sick of taking those things off to fix them. Does anybody have any suggested replacements for these speakers that will fit into the existing speaker holes? Any other suggestions are welcome.
