Power door acting wierd 850

I've been puzzled the way my power door act. At first the courtesy light fail to work when it's set to "on with opened door". Somehow I can get the courtesy light to lite by pressing the rear right light switch hard and set it on, and when it does work the central locking work just fine. Has anyone experience anything like this? Please help.

Does the power door operate on a relay? If so where's the relay. I know there's a bunch of relays underneath the dashboard near the steering column. The thing is which one is it? Does anybody have the relay map?
