why do my brakes rub? S70 1998

I changed the rear brakes, rotors and retaining clips on my S70. Right side is tight and the wheel doesn't keep its momentum while i spin it by hand compared to the left side. Pistons are fully retracted. When i drive, the tight wheel gets hotter than the other but not excessively. Fluid was bled, no blockage in the lines. Tightness wasn't an issue before the brake change. Handbrake pads do not rub. What can be causing this and should i just allow the pads to wear themselves loose? I assume everything will be normal in a couple of weeks.
Ari
