D5 in USA? (I hope)

Has any one heard if there is any chance we might get the Volvo D5 (diesel engine here) I know it passes Euro V emissions and with low sulpher right around the corner it would be nice to get a V70 that gets 50 MPG all day long. I drive one of these as my company car in Belgium and it is nothing less than fantastic. I would say it would give my T5 manual a run for its money 0-60 and certainly kills it in MPG.
