cracked trim on dash 850

the trim which surrounds my radio, a/c controls and the peice which holds the instrument cluster in are all cracked, and b/c of that the instrument cluster cannot be propery secured. My plan is to have the mint condition trim taken from my wrecked 850 and put into the new 850..how difficult is this going to be? I will most likely be hiring our mechanic to help me with this project. I will also be replacing the lether seats with the cloth seats fromt he wrecked 850. There are cig. burns on the center counsol, I might as well swap these while the seats are out. Has anybody ever taken on a project of this deminsion.. this is all going to be done in GA, and has to be done during may, for it might be the last time this car ever goes to atlanta(home turf).
