Power Window hesitates 850 1995

I have a 1995 850 with a passenger side power window issue. I can lower than window with no issues at all but when I try to raise the window it goes up only after holding the switch for 30-60 seconds. I will also move in a jerky manner like the switch is somehow not making contact but then does for a split second and the window briefly moves up until it is completely closed.

I have had a power window motor go bad in a V70 I used to own but it was bad in both up and down mode. This problem is only when going up. Any ideas on what could be causing this issue? I have to take the car to the dealer for my inspection (free inspection if you bought the car new) and will have them diagnose if I can't before then.
