PROSPECTIVE PURCHASE OF 2000 XC V70-XC70

I am thinking of purchasing a 1 owner 2000 XC with only 40,000kms on odometer, this is the model that has similar body to the V70 (not the contoured shape).

The kms appear to be too good to be true, however, dealer is selling so assured that it is correct. Inside and out in excellent condition, couple of minor dents
Asking price ~ 26,000 C which appears way too high, somewhere around 22,000 seems about maximum for low kms/mileage and in excellent condition

Please advise of any particular problems areas to look for with XC/ engine, drive train etc.
