Need Advise Before Buying 850 Wagon 850 1995

I am looking at a 1995 850 GLT Wagon with 105,K miles for about $6,500. It is non-turbo, clean inside & out, and no collisions. Not sure if a one owner. Should I look for a Turbo instead of non-turbo? I am not sure what the difference is as far as maintenance and repairs on a Turbo engine and if the overall costs significantly higher. Bottom line, would I be better off with Turbo or non-turbo. Also, what was Volvo's best year for the 850, and should I look for another year?
