driver's door sags

Hi all, I have a door hinge problem but not the traditional one often talked about on the brickboard. I already tackled the door weld and the door stay problems two years ago. Now i have up and down movement and the door needs more of a push to get it shut. Actually when latch meets striker, the door gets lifted back into position. I can't see where the play is coming from when i rock the door up and down. What is the fix for this situation and how is it done? Thanks in advance, Ari
