2000 V40/S40 Headlights S40-V40

Are all the headlights on the V40/S40 series interchangeable? I know there are 2(+?) different styles, but as long as I can find a set, will they fit with no problem? I am a 240 guy who has a friend with a 2000 S40 with 2 broken headlights (lenses and mounting/aiming clips) and wanted to get them replaced. Also, what is the going rate for a set of headlights? And better yet, does anyone have a set lying around they would sell for a reasonable price?
