In all seriousness...I'm not sure if you mean that it seized up due to lack of oil or it's frozen due to the cold, sub-freezing weather. If seized then you'll have to rebuild the engine. If it's got some kind of vapor-lock just out of nowhere, then try pulling each spark plug (check them while you have them out) and pour a teaspoon of oil into each hole and then try cranking. How do you know it's frozen up anyway?
