deciding between two 850's 850

Hello, I new to this side of brickboard, I had a '83 245 and a '89 740ti.
I looking to get back into a volvo. Here's my choices:

'95 855 with 113K 5pd. Cloth interior, real nice, never been smoked in and service stamps for first 75K. $4,100

'97 855 with 138K auto. leather, interior not as nice, service records not as clear, cd changer, $3,700

I leaning towards the 5spd. I like the cloth seats for sunny florida and The
window tint has kept them nice.
