rough idle and MAF or FPR 850 1994

I cleaned the throttle body and all the associated pipes-they were filthy. I found 1 broken vacuum elbow, and replaced. Just yesterday I changed the fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, distributor cap and arm, HT leads, used an electronic solvent cleaner to clean the MAF sensor, and still have the same issue, althought the engine is much more responsive, and definitely more powerful. At this stage I don't know what to do-have spoken to the main dealer but they haven't a clue- they just wnat to TRY this and that. Hope you have some luck with the O2 sensor.
