Spring Seats 850 1996

Upon further inspection, I no have no idea what the problem is. On the right side, when I grab the cap and twist, I can see the strut and boot itself twisting, but the spring seat doesn't move. On the left side, the spring seat moves.

I've checked the bolts, and everything (short of taking the strut apart) is tight! It's not moving at all down around the strut to steering knuckle area, only up top.

I think I'm just going to take the front end apart again and see if I can figure it out. I just got another spring seat from Groton, so let's see what happens...
