how to clean drainage pipes 850 1996

So my drainage pipe whose opening in below the pollen filter opening is full of crud. It drains, but very slowly. I'm not entirely sure how to clean it. I tried removing it and can probably remove the top clamp but not sure how to remove the bottom one.

any info.
