DOOR HINGES RUSTED 850

Hi all

I'm having a hard time now to open and close the driver door, it's like the door weight 500 lbs, the 3 other ones are fine.

I've tried to lubricate the hinges many times w/o success. I bought a E8 torx socket in order to remove and clean the hinges pins but I'm unable to remove them at this point. It seems that everything is "rusted" very tight.

Does someone have ideas because I dont know what to do.
