That's the rear O2 sensor. It may be triggered by running too rich because if a leak in the vacuum system. Check all of the vacuum line elbows for cracks and spongy feeling. The O2 sensors are expensive, so it will be worthwhile checking other things first. Sometimes cleaning the throttle body and PCV hoses clears things up.
