Please advise if all 850 Turbos whistle, have been told they all do right from new. Have just had mine rebuilt, whistled before and whistles after, was lead to believe that a rebuild would eliminate the whistle. What actually causes the whistle? and if ignored does it have any impact on the operation and longevity of the Turbo.
