1995 Volvo GLT Sedan...Purchase? 850

Hi all,
My girlfriend's 1992 240 is showing its age and she is very interested in the new 850s. I have done a lot of little things on her 240 over the 30k miles she has owned it and it is easy to work on.

Anywho. We have looked at several 850s now but everything has had lots of shakes, and scratches (even for the mileage) and the nice ones are selling way over book value. There is a 1995 850 GLT we are looking at. It has 130k miles. It is supposedly a Florida Car (no rust). The a/c blows cold, says there are no leaks and there are no shimmies. The car is 1 hour away so before I look at it, I want to know what to look for. It seems like a real bargain for $2500. The owner said the front seats are cracked and the cruise doesn't work. He is not a volvo guy and even reffered to it as a german car. =) The guy selling it owns a mechanic shop. He got the car for $1500 and it was running poorly. He said he replaced the ignition parts and the mass airflow sensor and it runs great now. He figures he will make a couple hundred for his time.

What are good deal breaker signs?

Thanks alot!
-Chad
