Upper motor mount replacement? 850 1995

IPD (IPDUSA.com) may have the instructions you are looking for. The main point is to take a hacksaw blade and wet it with soap in order to cut the factory bushing out of the holder. The urethane bushings that IPD sells, and replacement bushing from FCP Groton are two piece and will slide into the holder by hand. An easy job!

I believe that I read that Volvo has a special tool to press a OEM bushing into the holder. And I think you can buy a OEM bushing pre-installed in a replacement arm.

I would just order a replacement from IPD or FCP Groton.
