evap emission code?? 850 1997

Hey Guys and Gals:

Just got back from a 2000 mile trip (Texas to Alabama and back)and while there set off the "check engine" light. Got home yesterday and pulled out the old scanner and the code read "evap emission control syst leak (small)". Where do I start looking on that one?? I'll tell you, there were four of us in the car, lightest one being my 12 year old grand daughter, 4 suitcases, my golf bag and I set the cruise coming home yesterday at 72 with the air on and got 30.5/mpg. Maybe I should just leave it alone huh??

Any help I can get would be appreciated in advance.
