Help! Shreaking sound When Turning Left

Please help!
My '94 Volvo 850 does this annoying sound when I turn left. Sounds like metal to metal rubbing between each other. I just spent $1000 to replace my control arms, outer tie-rods, struts and seats and I still have that annoying sound. I have been browsing in this forum and may be it's wheel bearing. My dilemna is, which side is it? Wheel bearings costs around $130 and I want to make sure I'm replacing the right one.
Any help will be great.
Thank you in advance!
