Master Window Regulator Out AGAIN V70-XC70

Hi, my 98 v70 had a master window reg. go out, it had the rapid clicking noise with no windows going up or down. So I replaced it with a new unit. It worked great for 1 month and now it is doing the same thing!!! It works sometimes and does not work others, it is hit or miss. Any ideas to the madness!??? It does the clicky thing and no windows work at all, then, a second later it does work and vise versa. Thanks!!!
