so a plier is available for quick disconnect on fuel filter? 850 1995

I can tell by posts that I'm not the first guy who has tugged on the quick connect and they don't budge. Gee and I workout at the gym. Bay 13 mentions a plier is available. Anyone have a recommendation on buying this? Brand name, tool #, price?

BTW - I'm not at this point but the new filter looks like the old. Labelled 0 450 905 216 - 851 or also 71 049 on vendor sticker.
