Horn sounds ridiculous, where can I get replacement? 850 1996

I used my horn the other day, and it sounded like a toy train horn--but softer! For safety sake (and for my upcoming state inspection), I need to fix this, and the dealer wants $160. The horns look easy enough to replace, but where can I buy them? FCP Groton only seems to sell the horn repair kit (to fix the horn always-on problem). Your help is much appreciated!

Would spraying WD-40 sound like a good idea to try to fix them first?
