Engind dies when put in drive (When it's hot) 850

Hi Folks

I'm still having grief with my car when it gets hot. It dies when put in drive, but wil run and rev for ever when in park. I seem to remember some time back, people having trouble with gear shift switch in cold weather and I'm wondering what the symptoms of this were? Is it possible that I'm having this problem in the heat? There are no codes in the engine or tranny ECU's. Thanks for any thoughts anyone may have.
