Turning off Service Light V70-XC70

yep it's a 98- is this a real obscure tool (volvo specific) or something a decent garage would have. The local GM shop that does my oil changes were unable to shut it off- I know it's GM, but they are at least a big enough garage to presumably have more than just wrenches and hammers!

My nearest Volvo dealer skipped town about a year ago and not sure how the Honda folks who took over are dealing with Volvo (I think they might have the warranty contract).
