dark dashboard S70 2000

My dashboard light behind the speedometer has gone out - which makes it really tough to drive at night. Is there a way to change the bulbs behind the instrument panel? I tried the obvious - the two hex screws at the top of the gauges, but nothing moved. Do you need to enter from below? I would appreciate any help anyone can give me ....
