ETM software - no change in my V70 S70

Thanks, gents. That's really interesting. On my 1999 V70 with 55,000 miles (2.4 non-turbo, manual transmission), the ETM software upgrade had no obvious effects. Immediately after, I drove about 1000 miles from Baltimore to Chicago, and the mileage was about the same as long trip mileage before the upgrade. But, my car had been idling fine anyway.

Note: the delaer in Maryland said the throttle module needs to be cleaned occasionally. He gave me instructions on how to disconnect the air intake tubing and spray a cleaner in there and use a rag.
