Instructions for timing belt replacement V70-XC70 1998

I got a nice 1998 V70 due for Timing belt replacement.
I've done this job on many cars, including numerous RWD bricks.
V70 appears to be a bit harder, as I see little space to work in.

I would appreciate step by step instructions including those for replacement of serpentine belt. Tips and suggestions are very welcome.
I understand 1998 was the cut over year, and some of these cars use hydraulic tensioner and some mechanical. I plan on replacing it as well.

Who has the best parts for the money ?
