99 S70 misfiring after fill up with reg. unleaded. S70 1999

After fueling up yesterday afternoon, my 99 S70 (160,000 miles) na started missing. ETS replaced Feb. '06. Check engine light started flashing, and car was acting like it was running out of gas. Poured a bottle of Heet into gas tank. Still missing. Carried it to Auto Zone this afternoon to pull codes. Number 3 cylinder misfire. Pulled the #3 plug( I think. not exactly sure which is which), and it looks ok. While driving at highway speed, the car will drive perfectly for a few seconds, then start missing again. Looked at timing belt, and everything looks ok, but could not see if timing marks were lined up. Any ideas as to what is going on? Bad gas maybe? Timing belt jump a tooth? I don't want to make a $4,000.00 mistake by assuming it is bad gas. I have always used regular unleaded in this car. Sorry for the long post. Thanks in advance for any replies.
