Confused - where is my EGR? S70 1998

Hey all,

Spent the afternoon doing a tune-up, and went in to clean the throttle body and EGR. I've done this in the past on my 1994 850 and figured it would be the same.

Well, I could not find the EGR valve! When I removed the TB, there were no vacuum tubes attached like there were on the 850 (and no nubs/attachments for them either) and there was no little hold in the bottom of the exhaust manifold just inside the TB attachment, and no EGR underneath!

So, does this part not exists on the 98 S70 or is it somewhere completely different? I looked around and did not see anything near the idle air motor or TB that resembled EGR.

Also my TB was virtually spotless, so I took apart everything and got my hands filthy with grease all for nothing really... except to know that everything looks fine in there I guess!
