coolant color a bit off 850

I just did a thorough coolant flush (so I thought), replacing what I think was Prestone universal (yellow stuff) with your basic green ethylene glycol. But I'm not sure if it was good 'ol Prestone or the newer OAT stuff. After driving for awhile, the fluid in the expansion tank is now a yellowish green. I am guessing that coolant was still in the block and seeped out into solution (I made sure to flush the heater core). Does this warrant another flush, or am I probably good for another year/15,000? Not sure about the blend of corrosion inhibitors, etc., but am not eager to do this again, as I have other projects that I'd like to address (e.g., bleeding the brakes).

Thanks.
Paul
