PCV Replacement 850

I am halfway through my PCV system replacement, I’m replacing it because I had what I thought was the indication that it was clogged. My dipstick was blowing a decent amount of smoke, and my car has 170K miles and its never been replaced or serviced. After taking the system all apart it didn’t seemed that badly clogged. There was some buildup in the main tube but it definitely wasn’t completely clogged. The oil separator wasn’t full and all holes were pretty much clear. Does anyone else have an idea of what’s causing the excessive crankcase pressure?

Thanks in advance.

Scott
