IPD Skid Plate/Tray Hardware Issue S70

I've been doing a lot of modifications to my S70 and had taken off the IPD under tray (or skid plate). Unfortunately, I seemed to have misplaced the hardware that holds it in place.

I emailed IPD to see if they would sell me the hardware, but never received a response back.

Since the bolts and spacers were rather worn anyways, does any one know what types of bolts/spacers (hardware overall) to remount my IPD undertray? Alternative suggestions are welcome as well.....

Any help would be much appreciated!
