Hi.

For the bevel gear you will need a special oil from Volvo. I've tryed with Castoil , ELF and Duckhams. None of them can offer the right Oil.

The Orig number for the AW42AWD (bevelgear) is 1161513-5 and 0.75L - about 30$ in DK.

As said , no drainhole. Volvo has stated that to drain oli , drill a hole ( I got the service note from Volvo to tell where and how - it's in swedish , but i can make the translation if anyone likes)

For the rear shaft , Elf offer a BLS oil.. the number is 11155 ( tranself BLS 80w 90 )

Volvo has a service message about AWD , tire - Size. I got it , so let me know if you need it.
