Vacuum Line ID 850 1997

On my wifes 850 GLT it has started leaking oil. I replaced the O ring on the turbo oil pipe to the block but the leak persists. I also found a broken vacuum elbow on the left side of the intake manifold. It is covered in insulation and dissapears under the manifold. You can see it down below the radiator hose near the T stat on the side of the intake. Is this for the oil separator or something? My next move might be the oil separator but I don't really want to pull the intake for no reason. Please help if you can. I need some advice here.
Thanks.
