Ac intermitent S70

I would not assume that it is in the dash control. However, you can buy them on eBay for $50 - $70. That's what I did when a shifting load of metal shelving parts broke a button on my my control panel.

There should not be a problem with just plugging in a used one. New ones have to be programmed at the dealer, but as I understand it, the programming only tells it whether the car is left hand drive or right hand drive, and whether or not it has a cabin air filter. So, it makes sense to me that any US spec car will have the same programming.
