Power Seatback no longer moving 850 1996

Well It has finally sunk in that I bought the wrong Volvo, and one problem after the other has plauged me. First the Tracs not working, no big deal. Second the Sunroof doesn't work, $3000 to fix, forget that, now it needs an AC clutch, $600, can't do that now. So I have now come to the power drivers seat back not working anymore. Every other movement works just fine. But the seatback in stuck in one position. I can still hear the motor trying to move it, but nothing will budge it.
Whats involved in fixing this? Would it be labor intensive? About how much should it cost to fix that?
I apologize for the rant, and could have gotten straight to the point. I love this car, but it really is a money pit. Its all my luck that I buy the one with all the problems.
